I love it........asking all of those inquisitive, mind bending questions. They always lead to the longest, most read and replied to threads.............keep it up. I can't wait to see what's next.
 
I could not stay away, LOL. I just glad you run this BBS now and alls I do is cause headaches like everyone else.

Mike you may be banning me form this BBS, I strongly don’t agree with the BBS being Locked down. I feel that it will affect the members from coming in. yes we have had some that cant stay away like Dan Flynn join and Cody because you have forced them too by locking the BBS down to members only. Hey its your BBS now and you can run it like you want. I will still voice my opinion here like any members has the right. I realize your head strong and feel its right. I’m head strong and don’t want to see PWI get slow or become slower due to this feature. The growth we have had recently has been bursting, it’s the future that concerns myself. Dan Flynn opened his up! ask Him why he did?

I like the color change, I wont bitch about everything. I like the library and some of the other forums. I think some will not see a lot of posts. ( hey everything I did wasn’t perfect)

Jon, I like Jon and he’s my buddy, but environmental forum? I waiting to see the advice given here. I myself would not feel qualified for this and I have 19 years experience and do know some of the fundamental fed Laws and all my local ones. I understand about the three major Types of draining and the differences. There’s four basic techniques that can be used in reclamation depending on where you live. I guess its not about Jon, The EPA sometimes doesn’t know the answers. I like the forum I just worry about Bad advice given, especially behind closed doors. If answers are public ally posted and someone had Balls enough to let the people know they been told incorrectly I suppose this is a good forum. Jon no hard feeling its not about you, it’s a tough forum and I wouldn’t want the Job. Good luck to ya, I’ll try to help when possible…


I’m still posting, I’m enjoying not worrying about the BBS and the administrations or any other problems. Posting is more fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ron, dan ask's for money and has dist. that pay money so i can understand him wanting a billion hit's per day $$$$$$$$$$
Why would a billion hits help us?
Mostly i see guests as takers not givers.
Let me see the light and maybe ill walk into it?
We have smoldering bbs right now.
I know it's the wrong time of the year to judge the bbs but i see them going downhill.
More questions on how to sell equipment then fix it. Im sure it's the rotation of the wannabe's.

its needs guy to just look, and guys willing tio help. thanks for helping i'ved noticed your one that does. poeple are funny and some like to watch before they get involved. by locking the bbs down forcing them to become members to view is BS.

Dan Flynn and Cody came and Took everyday. they recently just joined and still no impute. did locking the bbs down help them post? NO...


I look at it like this, loosing someone that goes somewhere else because looking is easier is a bummer. eventaully the people decide to post, do ya think they will post here or somewhere they were looking for free.

have you logged out and looked at what you can view? try it log out. move around the BBS like you were not a member. then invision you are a new guy. ask yourself if you stay or you leave?


Ron P. i like ya, but this locking the BBS down will destroy it for sure. Dan seen it was Killing his site.

lets face it if you dont want more members lock it. if you want the site to stay fresh leave it open.

if it stays locked I give this BBS 3 months and it will be the slowest BBS. Ron if thats what you think is best, oh well....this site needs hits to stay on top....
 
Ron M. I do agree with you about the Environment forum, I am still a greenie there and Kendra would/is much more informed as to how to reply to any question.

I admit I am not qualified to reply, I would say as much if anyone had a question unless it was a basic one I could answer.

I do like the idea of that type of forum though, face it the time is coming to more of you when you will be forced to follow the laws more.

I know that from experience, no I have and will not be cited since I do follow the law but I see others who do, watched a couple clean a gas station and allowed the water to run off down the storm drain, I went up and spoke to them and their reply was stupid, MY boss did not tell us we had to do that.

I called the company, no way to reach them other then the answering service asking for my name and number.

He will be caught in due time since they are out there looking for them here.

Do you really think Mike would ban you from here, hardly, he might limit you to how much per post you can say but would not ban you.

To make my point about the lock down,, PWI 2 Members online and PWN 1 member & 8 guests @ 10:20pm tonight. Sorry unlock the bbs before damage is done. Figure out the way to do it right later.

Everyone log out and try it.
 
I like the Lock out feature now. It serves two purposes, it allow user to take a peak at the useless forums. That will entice them to actually join and sign up.

Great Job Mike !!!!!! I think thats an improvement. Mike keeping one step ahead of the other’s.
 
I cant get that to work right just yet. My intentions are to make it so the unregistered user can view only the fun forums and safety forums.

I'm working on it.
