This was not written by me, I just learned about the book two weeks ago. I have not ordered a copy yet. I have been reading Allison in ct for years.

I received mine yesterday, started reading last night. About half way done. Good reading, a lot of good stuff and somethings that I have forgot about in doing good business. The good think is this is directed to pw, methods that have worked and ways to make them work. I have wrote about 2 pages of notes on way to change and fix my business.

Allison, got my book last week. This book is awesome. A great read for anybody in any service industry. RE-Discovered many things I had done before but had either forgotten about or got to lazy to do, but also discovered many many NEW things that I wlll be implementing IMMEDIATELY. If you are just starting out in the Pressure Cleaning (or any service) business you need to read this book. If you have been in this business (or any service business), and have lot's of experience, you need to read this book. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Ok my take on the book. I read it through then read it again, to pick up on the things I may have missed.

This is a must have book for anyone wanting to get into the PW bizz. It is a must have book for veteran pwers to have if your having trouble with your marketing. This is a must have book for your employees to read ( the chapter on perceived value, must be read by all your employees ). If they do not know where your company direction is then your company will never grow.

The pages in the book that talked about 1 person a week being wronged by you or your company had a dramatic impact on the way we are now doing business. Not say we were doing anything wrong, but it opened our eyes on what we do not want to do.

AGAIN THIS IS A MUST HAVE BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buy it, read it, read it again, study it, put it to wor and GROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
