This was a burger place that I want to a few days ago.......

The lady told me she was "a little overdue" and that she had to have the system cleaned only because she was having the ansul system upgraded and nobody wanted to work on it unless it was cleaned.

Damn This reminds me of every Burger King I clean... Especially the fan wiring... I once saw an exhaust fan wired with speaker wire and duct tape .. I told them they needed to have an electrician come out and fix the fan .. The manager said Yep I know it hasn't worked in about 6 months.. ( Why did I ask ???)

That day she won the dunce award..

Anyhoo I sold them a new fan .. With Hinges and Had it wired correctly.. Now this is my easiest hood cleaning... I clean this little burger joint every month...
