That Roof Cleaning job turned out great!

Those pictures will be good marketing material for your brochures and website.

That is a nice truck, looks bare like you need a lot more equipment but it also looks clean and professional.

Keep up the good work.

Is this the first Roof Cleaning job you have done?

Yup, I did one without bleach just to have a rough idea what I was going to do on this house :). While we were working on this one, two other neighbors wanted their houses done :). I'll put another 125 gal tank probably tomorrow because this 35gal was just a waste of money. Later on I'll add another 8GPM machine. I am thinking how to secure the two surface cleaners (the Classic and the Big Guy). The ladder also needs to be secured and a short fence around the flatbed is a good idea. I lost my brand new sump pump, cuz I forgot it on the bed . Someone called that day to complain about this "your guys are throwing garbage all over the place instead to clean it up" :))). That was not a garbage, it was my pump.

There are some guys that have spaces under the truck where they store their surface cleaners, some have room on the bed where they cable them down and I have heard of some guys that have specially made racks to hold their surface cleaners.

Start a new thread asking about how they store their surface cleaners on the truck/trailer and maybe some will post their pictures and give you some ideas.

Dimitar
Good job on the roof, I did notice that you cover the hedges. You will have to pay attention to not cook the plants by covering them up like that.

See, I told you you had the right stuff...LOL..Great job on the Roof Cleaning Dimitar. One thing about the tank! if your planning on doing a lot of Roof Cleaning get an even bigger tank than the 125 gal. there will come a time when you're gonna have 2-3 or more Roofs to Clean in a day and your gonna wish you had more than a 125gal. wait until you get a call for an apt or Town Home community and only have a 125gal tank. trust me I know. I've got a 125 and a 50gal and wish sometimes that I had a 300gal tank. On bigger jobs though I stay at the trailer and keep making mix in my 50gal by pulling fresh sH out of my 125gal with a 12volt to keep my guy on the Roof supplied with chems. On those jobs we have at least 3 people. Get a 225gal-300gal tank...You have the room and that truck can handle the weight with no problem. Call me if you need to. again, Great job!

Great job Dimitar, well done....

Nice truck thats what Im looking for but need some more mulah first. great job!

Ok I'm not being critical, but its for safety reasons. Bad ladder placement. I'd definitely have it placed on the front of the house instead of sideways.
I did it that way before and luckily someone was there to pickup the ladder for me. As I stepped off of the ladder it went to the side and buh-bye.

Thank You Larry! To be honest when I first started to build the PW truck, I never thought of roof cleaning. This truck was meant to do mostly flat work. About the tank, I want to try to keep it below the truck clearance. The 325gal guy is a lil above and I dont like that. So far we havent used the capacity of the tank. I even put 2ft nipple to lower the Hudson valve in the tank. The additional wheight with full tank of water makes this truck eat up gas like monster.
I am thinking to get the 165gal. ($310) --> tank chart.
If I get to clean more than 3 roofs a day, I will switch the tanks.
Honestly, cleaning roof was more fun than sweeping parking lots :).
