JL Pressure Washing
Just wanted thank Chris for his help. I got a call from a big roofing company last night. He was referred to me from a local painter i have helped out before. The roofer had 6 metal roofs that a local HOA needed cleaning, the roofer maintains these roofs,re screwing them and installed some new roofs on the property, theres now 20 condo buildings at this property.

The roofer asked me to meet him today Sunday, because the HOA has their meeting Monday night. I wasn't sure really how to clean metal roof, so I called Chris quick and he gave me some great info on how to do them. Called the roofer back and gave him a price per sq ft, not cheap either since we will have to pressure wash every square inch of over 90,000 sq ft of metal one & two story condos. Called the roofer and he said great and he's adding on his 10%

I was thinking of doing the roofs a different way, but was concerned with the method I was thinking of. Chris set me straight.

How valuable are these BB's. I can call a expert on a Sunday and get an answer as quick as I can dial a phone. I love these BB's. I'm not much into doing the roofs, but a nice pay day it will be when I get the job

THANKS CHRIS, you are a valuable resource.......Go Pats!

Anytime Brother Jeff!
One day I may need YOUR help.
That's how it works, we keep what we have by sharing it with others.
Russ knows what I mean :)
BTW, here is that other Pitch Witch type attachment http://www.johnrwhite.net/roof gitter pic.htm

Then, there is the water broom too.
You will have to evaluate them, see what you feel is best for your budget and situation.

This is what contractors helping contractors is all about.

Ron, you could take it a step further....contractors building contractors.

As a business grows, life situations change. If you've taken someone under your 'wing' and worked together to better each other's appreciation for business, you have the starts of your 'exit' strategy.
