I was talking to Ron earlier today and I was saying how much I appreciate all of his postings and how i look forwarded to them... knowing he is diligently
adding educational info about our industry. I than said I even enjoyed the crap about colorado laws about clean water act he recently posted...
He got Quiet for a second and then said :I hope you don't think it's crap ..that I'm posting...I said I was sorry I mis spoke...It just goes to show you how important he is to this board because without Ron and all of his contributions
and videos It would just end up being a teenage chat room sometimes...
And by the way I'm Posting this because I felt like crap for unintentionaly minimizizing his post Thanks Ron
 
Hate to say it if you sit back read all the post from Ron and Russ and the others they are full of information. I was reading about the property management series that Ron start but did not get time to finish but had things that were usefull. But hope Ron keeps teaching when he has time.

chris I was'nt saying Ron Is the only one that contributes or helps others
I'm just saying look at Video post on Graffitti Removal look at his contribution
on that Cvs drugstore gig he's trying to get nation wide for other power washers and These Round tables seem to have one thing in Common

I know what you are saying David Ron is great man I got to meet him at the Florida rd table Ron is amazing he has one of the largest business in pressure washing but you also got to give credit to the others worked there way up also. like Russ, Beth and alot others that have large working staff for them. I would hope to be half the company anyone of them

DJ were did you get your coffe mugs and did you have to order 100 or were you able to just do like small order

I ordered 144 mugs and 300 pens from dicountmugs.com

total bill was 460 dollars and some change


But my thinking on this and after talking to jeff . . . . I am about to spend 300 to send out a news paper ad in one week that baby will be history! these mugs and pens are gonna be all over town and even all over the tri state area!!!! and guess what they arent going away either! the person will see it every day . . . ask a coffee drinker what thier favorite mug is . . .they will be able to describe it like the back of their hand! Thats what im hoping for with these
 
I will be hand delivering these . .. when i meet with a PM and then also at some of the local businesses around town . . . idea is they get a mug with a matching pen and my business card in it . . . .hopefully it works out . . . .but like mike has taught me it went on the credit card so i can cushion the blow if it flops . . . but if i only land 1! property out of every pen and mug it will pay for its self so i figure its got to be a pretty solid ROI
 
I have to call BS on this post.

Ron could not possibly have been silent for a couple of seconds.
