Hello guys,
Need your help on this.

I'm building a new trailer with 2 gun system and one of the supplier I checked today gave me two options on the same equipment which is, 6gpm with 2500psi on each gun or 4.5gpm with 3200-3500psi.

Considering that I'm purchesing this mainly for flatwork, which configuration will be more productive?

Question #2
6gpm and 2500psi would be fine to run the whisper wash big guy?

Thanks

I have 2 skids mounted on one trailer. 1 is 5 gph and the other is 5.5 gph. Sometimes i'll gang them to 10.5 gpm. I personally would not go less than 5 gpm and 3400 psi. Rinsing takes forever and flow helps a lot. Ever thought of going to 2 machines on 1 trailer? If 1 dies, (it happens) you can limp on until you find the problem.

That's a good point. I will throw that into my brainstorm. Thanks for the input.

you will be faster with a 20 incher or 24 at best on a 5gpm machine. I would venture more towards the classic of ground force or even a steel eagle 24 incher

I just ordered the hydraulic T from Russ J. Today to be able to hook two machines togeather... (both 5.6 gpm).. Can't wait to see the difference!!

The only ?? I had was how much PSI will be lost by not using 1/2 inch hose, and using 3/8. He told me I will go from 3500 psi to about 28-2900 with 150-200 ft of hose..

http://www.dultmeier.com/pdfs/tech-library/02Water8.pdf We loose about 1300 on 300 ft of 3/8 hose on 8gpm

I just got the T from Russ and 2nozzles. I used it for the first time Wensday. I had to put a 1 gallon bucket with about half full of water on top of my wirl-a-way. If I didnt it was going to fly away. Cleaning the driveway was almost twice as fast. No stripes at all. This driveway was black and came out great

How big were the two machines you connected??

I would talk to more dist's , Im sure you can get more variations depending on the $$.. Also like others said consider two machines on one trailer..
