We here at Capital Roof Wash and Exterior Cleaning wanted to share a few "before and after" pictures of an asphalt shingle roof and house wash we completed here in Tallahassee, Florida. 80% of the homeowners roofs that we service do not need to be replaced but simply cleaned with our Soft Wash solution recommended by ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Association). Years of dirt, algae and tree sap build up and give the appearance of old worn out shingles but in reality, the shingles are in fantastic condition with many more years left before they need to be replaced.

Nice work on the shingle roof cleaning Ray. Looks brand new. Those shingles on that roof will last a long time if maintained properly.
 
Thanks guys. The rear (north side) was totally infested with black algae roof stains. In the middle picture, you can actually see the algae on the lower shingles turning brown and showing through my Soft Wash mix. I had to give them a second applications because they were so bad.
