Surface cleaner problems

Both of my surface cleaners went down on the same job. There is very little water spraying out of the tips, as though they are clogged up. I took the tips off and they are not clogged. I began taking them apart to see where the water is getting stopped at and I can not figure it out. When the tips were off, water would spray out of the holes, but when they were put back on, very little water at all comes out. They are a Bad boy (with a Big Guy bar) and a Landa Cyclone.

Any ideas?

What type of unloader are you using? If it is a K7 or other Flow unloader there may be some small obstructing that is 'tricking' your unloader into thinking the gun is off. If this is the case try backing the unloader off slightly or changing it.
