We heard your opening a new location? is that true////

We hope to have a new location opening in the D.C. area in the next few weeks. We are aiming for the 31st of March, but, like with every new store, the building department may have different dates in mind (LOL).

The store is a little north of the D.C. area. We will be announcing the location as soon as the opening date is confirmed with the building department - probably before the end of the week. There are construction crews working every day to get the store ready. We have staff hired and a complete inventory ready to ship up there. We think that a lot of our current customers will be happy to have a local store carrying the Sun Brite Supply product line.

Pretty exciting adventure for us! This is our first remote location, and quite a distance from our Georgia base of operations (which adds to the both the amount of work and the general excitement). The whole crew is pretty pumped about this new store.

Ron, I make you this promise: The announcement of when and where will be on this BBS first! Thanks for asking.

Got the final OK's and we are ready to go!

The new Sun Brite Supply store is in Gaithersburg, MD and will be opening on Monday, April 10th. The Grand Opening starts at Noon and runs to 5:00 PM. We will be busy stocking the store all weekend and getting ready for business between now and next Monday.

There will be a "birth announcement" going out to our emailing list as soon as I can put something clever together. Just remember, though, that I told ya'll here first.

I will have a short demo of the differences in wood prep for Ready Seal, Wood Tux, and Spa-N-Deck for anybody interested on Tuesdaqy morning from 8:00 to 10:00.

The address and phone are
16620 Oakmont Avenue
Gaithersburg, MD 20877
301-519-WASH (9274)

Come on over Monday or Tuesday - or, better yet, both days! - and check out the new store. I figure we will have a few little things to give away and some cold cokes and stuff to eat and a few things you won't see at any other contractor supply in the area.

If you live within an hour of Gaithersburg, come on in and say Hi to Tracy, the crew, and me.

Thanks, Carlos.

The opening was a hoot! Some familiar faces and some new ones, gave away Pocket Pressure Wash Guides and pens and free sunglasses, gave a mini-seminar on wood sealers, fed everyone, sold a bunch of stuff, etc. Had a GREAT time.

Ron, I couldn't agree more! Thats how it looked about two months ago. Since then, the paint is all new and the facia has been cleaned.

There are three people on staff at the store, including Linda (who runs the place).
