Stucco Cleaning question...Any suggestions?

I am returning to a house tomorrow. It has a stucco exterior, green and black streaks. I tried the standard house wash mix, but no luck. Was wondering if EBC would be a good choice? Might make for an expensive house wash though. Any suggestions on this one?

SH @ 25% concentration applied with back pack sprayer. Dwell time, wash off with rotary nozzle @low pressure if texture of stucco is particularly rough or 25 Degree tip works for me every time.

Did a really big one a couple of months ago and it was really, really, really bad.

M5 on and M5 rinse. Roof Snot + 2.1% out of the gun.

The hardest part? Patience on the dwell time!!

Patience???? aint nobody got time for that Ted

EBC would be fine and also would to a fantastic job.

Here is a vid to help you along a bit if needed.

5 gal mix...go with 8-12 oz of EBC add your SH (Chlorine - 1 gal or so) and go to town Can be DS'd or with the M5 or regular xjet. Rinse windows good and see what happens to the glass. If you get a flash dry on any part of the house....no worries...just hit with water again and you are good to go.

Pics would help, but, sometimes the black streaks are actually where the paint has worn off and showing the bare concrete behind it. Will sometimes look grey or black. If it's mold and mildew then a stronger mix and longer dwell time will work. You can even try moving your downstream injector closer to the gun or even right at the gun. X jet or your dedicated pump will work too. Call me if I can help.

And the million dollar answer goes to Doug R. The house, which was really nice needs painting. You could see spots where the paint has worn thin. Thanks for all the valuable input guys. Sucks cause I didn't deposit a check for this one. Win some, lose some.

I don't understand? why didn't you get paid?

After the problem was identified, customer opt not to have the work done. We had only spot cleaned an area under the window to see if we could remove the stain. She was cool, I could have just cleaned, collected, and the customer would not have been very happy.

I forsee a call back when its time to clean/stain their massive new deck.
