Strip Mall Water Hookup's

I was out yesterday evening scoping out a strip mall I would like to bid on and I noticed that they do have water hookup's on the front of the building but no handles to turn on/off. Are those valves in a maintenance room or are they in one of the stores? Just curious about how that works. Thanks and happy Friday!

They take a key to turn on, you can pick a 4 way key up at hardware store

You can use a 3/8 inch socket extension with an adjustable wrench on that size. The end that goes on your ratchet will fit and use an adjustable wrench or pliers to turn the extension to turn on the water

That's the one I have. Paint it bright orange, it's easy to lose/leave behind.

Sometimes I'll use a rain bird adapter also, at times the water flow is better. I carry the 3/4", 1" and a special screw in type that's used for systems with reclaimed water (they have the purple heads on them)
