Stains on wood

I could use a little help on this one. Please look at the picture below. Will 12.5% work on this. This customer would like to have these stains removed but does not want to pay to have all of the decks re-sealed. There 29 condo buildings that contain from 2-8 units. Not all of them have stains but many of them do.

Please give me ideas on how to remove the stains and not need to reseal the wood after. If there is a way.

You're wanting to remove the stain with bleach? Have you ever done wood before?

A few times, but not much. I wasn't saying that I was going to use bleach, I was just wondering if it would work.

I am looking for a no pressure was of trying to clean it.
