For those who know my lovely wife from the roundtable, she won yesterday and successfully spent all of our money on a new home , She was able to get a 3686 square foot under roof (3086 heated and cooled) home out of me. I guess her and the kids will enjoy it while we (me and the guys) oh and (Ash) work to pay for it !

great for Stacie & you Russ, congratulations on the new place. Now you will spend the next few years paying to decorate it. You cant expect her to have to keep all the old furniture and drape in the new house

I will , I have to get someone to clean the roof, gutters, driveway and pool deck and Walkways ect ........... Hard to find good contractors ! hahahahaha

Hey Russ I have heard of a guy thats supposed to be a good contractor down their. Not sure how many homes he does though, I think he spends alot of time at gas stations. You might check Craigslist.

I just checked the MLS and it said $659k in 1999. You honestly think I would live in a neighborhood where the houses were below 500k
