5 gallon bucket of seal coat dumped on concrete for past 24 hours
grocery store put kitty litter down still pretty gooey at 3 o'clock this afternoon... gee I wonder how its going to be at 11 pm tonight and 30 degrees outside. It looks like a granola bar ... cars driving thu it. Anybody have any first hand experience (or second or third hand experience)

some sort of d-limolene product should cut it and take it up. Look into mixes containing that and go from there. Russ Johnson should be able to help you there and make sure you get the entrances on the store at monthly while you at it
