Special of the day(not for the faint of heart)

You killed Kenney, you bastard!!!!!!!

South Park

No soup for you!

Ever seen a whole pigeon nest in the fan? complete w/ eggs and chicks. When I knocked the nest on the ground, the cook was really upset. "You kill baby birds, you kill baby birds!"Ever have a contest to see who spots the most cockroaches, the one with the highest number gets a free dinner.

This is a Chinese Resturant?

I found a dead rat stuck to the grease on top of a hood, yeah it was Chinese. Makes a hell of a glue trap. Sorry no pic of that one.

We only found one dead rat. We cleaned a National Guard hood. the system was pretty clean, very little grease, mostly dust and dirt. The grease tray holes were not draining, so I kept poking my finger in the drain hole on my end of the hood. My helper did the same on his end, but there was something fuzzy that kept plugging the hole. I told him to reach around to the top of the grease trap and pick-up the fuzz that was blocking the hole. He did and found a dead rat, tossing the body in the trash can.The facilities manager just about lost her cookies, but she was not going to puke into the trash can that had the rat. This was not a chinese army kitchen.

Rusty, does your class cover the removal of dead animals? Or is the litter patrol an extra certification?

I had a good friend, who once found a dead pigeon in a fan. He used it for months in collecting jobs that were slow payer's. Seem's the owner got really cooperative when Jerry came in to the restaurant (about lunch time) with his prize, ready to show the patrons what he'd found in their system.

Phil, what a great idea. selling dead pigeons and rats to the collection agency.
