Sorry Mom,
I apologize to my mother because you see most of you know she passed away last year and experiencing some of the holidays without her for the first and second times are tough.
This one was better; you see my mother over 20 years of my marriage did most of the cooking. My wife has always run her own business like me. So no one really cooks these elaborate feast mom used to make.
I found Honey baked hams, they are delicious. I wanted to tell her I’m sorry because I didn’t think I would ever find a meal that tasted better than one of hers. Sorry Mom, honey baked got ya…..
