I tried calling the office but it's after 5p. I just got in for the day expecting my 5 gallons of Super Wet Seal n Lock to be here and it's not! Checked the tracking # and it made it an hour from me to Cinci and was checked in that terminal DAMAGED, and it said it was being returned. So now I've had the job set for Monday since Wednesday and now no sealer. Tuesday and Wednesday are booked up and I'm leaving for Tampa at 6am Thurs. Can someone please call me to see if there is anyway to get that here by Monday. Thank you for your assistance.
 
Have you tried calling the shipping company Shawn? Maybe you can get them to hold it in Cinci for you to inspect. If you can still use it then I would sign for it right there and take it with you.

Just left you a message. Give me a call back. I will be in the shop until noon today.

I won't be able to do anything with this situation until Monday. No one (UPS, Fed Ex) ships on Saturdays.
