Time to put the Pressure on the Pro's...They claim to be pro's
Really though, making it right is the most important thing,..as long as they fix their mistake. Unless they have a track record of poor workmanship it's not worth raggin' on the company. Stuff happens!!

the problem is that when they have these problems and others which we have had, they dont do anything to improve them.
like most vendors, they just dont listen to the end users, these are the people out in the field that work with the products?
