What are the programs where I could type in names / addresses in a system and it would automatically change the name / address on the document? The time that it takes to change all the names / addresses on each document is killing me. What is this software called?

If you are using a Word Document it will do it for you.

Save them to an excel spreadsheet. Load your document and hit the mail merge where you want the name/address to go. It will kind of walk you through it.

There is a Find and Replace function. You insert the word or words to find(this is the ones you want changed) then insert the word or words you want to insert and that's it.
