Any feeling about soduim percarbonate as a deck cleaner ? Pros/cons mixing ratio?

suggestion

percarb on it's own is not as effective without other chems.
Like the EFC38 from BETH/RUSSELL
But if you want to spend time being a chemist instead of a contract cleaner check out

It's not worth the time and shipping in most cases.

I use Greg's cleaner and am very happy with it.

I have used Greg's chemicals and have also tried mixing my own.

So far I have had better results with Greg's stuff.

That may change as I experiment with various mixtures. Time will tell.
