Sodium Percarbonate

When mixing sodium percarbonate with water, what is the most effective dilution when cleaning pressure treated pine? I am talking about a 100% sodium percarbonate, not OxiClean.

Also, is it okay to add some mild soap to the mix?

Curious on this too I have seen ratios for stripping with caustic and brightening with oxalic, but nothing for cleaning with sodium pre. Is it 2 cups to like 5 gallons of water?

The last job I did was cedar shake. knowing the house was 10 y/o and had one " dipped" coat of Cabot's oil. I was able to mix mine at 5 ounces per gallon with great results. When doing a house the powder goes quick. At one time I read something about using really hot water to mix some chemicals had detrimental effects on them. Not sure if its true or not so I only use warm water to mix it. OH SNAP I THOUGHT THIS WAS FOR OXALIC. MY BAD.
