Soap Injectors

Well Wiz,
I have one for you. I seem to be going through soap injectors. From what I can figure the O-ring that the check ball rests against keeps failing and gets blown in to my soap tank. I thought it wa because of the hot water weakening the ring, but it happened yesterday with cold water. So, I ask you, is there a way that I can prevent this from happening?

The soap Injector Has a Buna-N oring normally. See if you can find one in Viton.

Your Injector May be the wrong one for your machine.
If the Orface is too small it will Chew on o-rings.
