Smelly garage

A women called and spoke with my wife, she wants the inside of her garage cleaned because she says it smellsLike poo. She said she just bought the house but won't move in until the smell is goneAnyone ever do an inside of a garage? I would imagine even low pressure the sheet rock would get wet and the water run off would go who knows whereWeird! Any suggestions on what to use to kill the smell and should I worry about the water run off?I'm thinking SH and SC with hot water

Chlorine? The bacteria is what is causing the smell. Kill the bugs and you will kill the smell.

Scott is right, kill the bacteria that causes the odor and you get rid of the odor. Call me Charles if you need some help. I remove odors all the time. Removed Skunk odor from two different houses as well as the dogs that got sprayed last week.

Before you can treat you must diagnose. Find out what and where the smell is coming from. I know from the detail biz that many odors are caused by some thing the owner is doing wrong and doesn't realize its causing the odor. If its a moister problem you need to solve that before treating. Other wise you will get called back to "fix your mistake".

Doug sent me some stuff a while back, its great. goes pretty far to. Its supposed to be a odor killer and can be used for some other things as well. I'd look into that.

Yes talk to Doug there are some products specifically for that that will give you better results than bleach.
