Does anyone know where I can buy Slotted PVC Pipe like in the photo below?

I live in Orange Park a suburb of Jacksonville Fl.

According to Lori, the pipe is known as "well point". You may be able to purchase some locally at a well stocked commercial plumbing supply store (not home depot or lowes, but a supply house that commercial plumbers use).

Nice pic of a rig that we did! You can get the slotted pipe at a local plumbing supply store. It is used in shallow wells.

I could not find the slotted pipe here at any of the plumbing stores, HD or Lowes.

After the great Tampa event last year we stopped by PWP and got some stuff and I picked up some of the slotted pipe.
