Sit Down Floor Washer - Will It Work?

Hello All

I have a 60,000+ sq ft residential walk way cleaning job. Is it possible to rent a sit down floor scrubber (usually see them used inside shopping malls) and perform heavy cleaning with the PW where needed? Anybody ever use a sit down for exterior concrete work? Will it work ok?

I don't know about renting them, but Tennant makes a fantastic line of floor cleaning equipment. Go to their website at www.tennantco.com. We use their coatings quite a lot and they are great. Call them and get the number for your local rep. They are a great resource and can probably point you in the right direction.
 
FIND A LOCAL JANITORIAL SUPPLY CO THAT RENTS THESE. THEY WILL INSTRUCT YOU ON HOW TO USE, WHAT KIND OF SQFT PER HOUR CLEANING, A GOOD CLEANER TO USE , AND THEY WILL DELIVER AND PICK UP. DAN COSGROVE
