Hey guys,
Question to the commercial companies.
What would you charge per sq f. for PW on total of 7 shopping centers: sidewalks and back alley, monthly basis.
The total sq ft of the front sidewalks is ~60-70000sq ft., the front + back is ~ 160-170000sq ft. They want two separate proposals as mentioned above.
I already have some numbers in mind, but since this is our biggest client, I want to hear others estimates.
If someone could send me a better and more professional looking biz proposal of that type, I will greatly appreciate it
