Doesn't look like have ever been cleaned. Looks great now.

We did them only a year ago, I dont know why they get so bad in this area. Yes we put it down with a Delvan, the best part about doing the common areas is that it put's us in front of 100's of homes. We will pull alot of work out of here, we already signed up 2 roofs today.

Looks great Nick, wow one year, the Florida weather is a PW friend.

Great to be in front of so many home owners, you should get a percentage of jobs just from the residents, maybe even possible to get a commercial job if some mentioned what a fantastic job and difference it made in the office.

Great job Nick!

How much sidewalk can you do with that tank full? How many gallons is that tank?

Thank You.

Were running 2 8gpm machines and doing both sides of the street at once. The tank is 600 gal and we are doing about 800 ft per tank because it is real dirty.

That is a good amount of concrete per tank Nick.

Is there a lot of traffic on that road?

The sidewalks are only 4 ft wide, not much traffic it is in a residential area. We move thru it pretty quick with a good layer of Love.

Hey Nick,

Awesome new look. I love the before and after PW-ed sidewalk pics in South Florida :). I have always wondered, which way of sidewalk cleaning is more time and money efficient? I suppose the chlorine kills better the mold than hot water and it lasts longer, but wouldnt the big guy (even 2 big guys) do a sidewalk job which is usually 4ft wide., faster and a lot cheaper than chlorine treatment?

Thanks!
D.

I find that the smaller surface cleaners clean deeper and it's easier to cut the edges in around grass. I have a big guy and I hardley use it. Heat will clean real well with heavy dirt and oil, but when it's real bad mold & mildew nothing works better than Love.

When doing walks this narrow I use next to nothing in chemical, a light wetting of the surface is all that's needed to move it, sometimes if there is a little bit of mold spots when I'm done I give it a light downstream of chemical and it's all good. Buy the way how would the big guy do the job cheaper,or faster? you have know idea how much flat work I can do with the smaller S/C to me it makes it so much quicker to work with.

I am with Nick. A smaller surface cleaner is usually faster.

What's up Nick! I agree. Running the smaller SC with 8 gal a minute you can move quick. How small are you running though. Are you running a 18 or 20 in? I have some larger SC and one 16in I don't like using because it is too small. I was thinking about getting a 20 in. What is your opinion on size? Thanks buddy and Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!
