Shutting it down for the Hurricane!

I hate it. Fear driven media IMO.

But, I am not doing well atm. On my second round of antibiotics for my throat and may have to have my tonsils yanked out. So, the job I had today scheduled rescheduled because of the storm and I doubt I will get to the roofs I have for tomorrow. Calls are coming in though...

Last week I worked through the rain on antibiotics with my tonsils the size of footballs so I doubt this will slow me down...

We are finally getting the rainfall we are supposed to get, and in return, the mold will grow like it is supposed to grow in Tampa FINALLY.

Been maybe two/three years since we had rain like this. Gonna be good this year!
 
I'm not running for the day as well heck I did not know of Fay hitting us
I was told it moved more west now we have 24 hr till she is knocking on our door
they are talking 6-10-inch of rain..

They ordered a mandatory evacuation for Zone A residents. Guess where I live....:eek: I schedualed my jobs for Wed and now it looks as though it may have slowed to the point where we are still gonna be getting soaked here in Saint Pete on Wed too. I hate this! :mad:
 
Ok! They keep changing things. Now its volentary for us to evacuate. Storm now seems to be heading more North East than before...Wait 15 min and it will change again. :confused:
 
What are you guys wimps and going to let a little hurricane stop you, come on tuff it out! Just keep the hurricane down by you all so we up north can keep working. Hugh

Hey Jeff where in Ocala do you do most of your work? Most of mine is in Gainesville.

Ditto! And they wonder why we are so casual everytime there is a storm coming....
 
I gotta get back to work, just watched the news about the storm. reporter giving tips on carrying gasoline inside the car in a can.

people including our news people are stupid. I set the can right next to the kids in the back seat just incase we need to mow the lawn while heading to the hilton in northern FL.

anyway, i watched teachers carryinh guns today and now carry gas in the car incase you need it during a hurricane.

Guys be safe, i hope all works out and everyone is safe. I'm calling my family and freinds to see if everythings ok.
