I believe David has Easy Route www.easyroute.net ??? I did a trial of that program, and I just couldnt stand it........its not windows based............its a DOS program. Does its job, but not right for me.

I bought the Service CEO program recently. I have yet to phase it into my operations, but I will soon. I like it very much. It's pricey, but you can't put a price on a well run business. They offer a payment plan, which works nicely.

The other thing is the company is VERY customer service oriented. They are constantly making improvements to the program, all of the improvements are based on suggestions from users. They listen!

I'll show you the program in Pittsburgh if you want.
