Try unloading a 150 pound 13hp honda GX 4000 psi, 4gpm pressure washer from the back of your 07 f150 FX4 with the towing/hauling suspension...
I almost dropped it today.
Although I do have a trailer, not sure why I didn't use it...oh yeah...because the 18's and 33 inch tires on my truck make the trailer with 12" tires look really silly.
Oh well, I think I'm selling a slightly used 5x8 landscape trailer.

Oh thats easy it's a briggs... See if that was a Honda it would have come in a dent proof crate and only cost twice as much.. (LOL) I ordered a flat screen computer monitor one time and when it came in I got a monitor with a big scratch and no wires to hook it up .. ( But guess what UPS paid for it ) I called Dell and told them what happened they sent me a new monitor .. Wow I have a free monitor.. Well the whole process only took 6 weeks ..
I would complain to the shipping company and then call Briggs.. Tell them you are going to start charging them for the Jobs you are losing due to recieving faulty equipment that you have already paid for... I bet the next motor want be dented..
