Sealing Asphalt Shingles

I come across a company in Florida that seals asphalt roofs. He states that this is his own receipe. Do you any of you guys know of a sealant for asphalt roofs?

I want to offer a 1yr warranty that mold & mildew will not come back-if so I clean and seal for free. Warranty can be renewed each year at the cost of a light cleaning and seal job.

Any help on how to seal asphalt shingles would greatly be appreciated.
