Sandstone

I will be cleaning a buildings foyers that are made out of sandstone. It is a historic building so I need to be careful. The stone is dirty and seems to have some stains in the form of liquid, maybe liquor, beer, coffee, or even urine. The PM said there are a lot of bums in the area. Now, I am pretty sure I should not use too high of pressure, but can someone reccomend a good detergent that should clean the surface? I am also going to contact V-Seal to see if it will seal the sandstone, problem with deteriotion due to salt in the winter.
Thanks for the input.

Looks like eaochem has revamped their site. Very well organized, good cross referencing and very user friendly. Best site for finding products to meet your needs. Looks like they've removed their prices from the site. They were a bit expensive for me when I last looked but that may vary by region.
