Salespeople and monthly jobs

We have recently(about 6 months ago), started doing monthly washing for a restaurant. I love this work, it takes about 45 minutes and its a $175/month deal. I am looking to get more jobs like this. I know lots of restaurants do this but what other kinds of things do monthly washing. What type of work is your monthly work and how did you get it? We are going to hire someone soon hopefully to try and sell this stuff and I am wondering how to make it as effecient as possible.

Well the restaurant we are currently washing we do the dumpster pad and a small area behind the back door where they take the trash out. I am thinking sidewalks would be the most in demand though.

I do back docks and sidewalks for restuarants here in mb and surounding areas monthly good money

How did you get them? Did they contact you or did you go to them? Please tell me a little about the sales process.

50% were from the phone book the other 50% were going to them I'm looking to hire a salesperson to do commercial after first of the year. I did pretty well this year without really trying so I could only imagine how much more I could really do with someone selling
