When your on a cold call or any sales call what do you present to your potential client. I generally ask for a demonstration up front before the meeting to have something in person for them to see upon meeting. This gives me some ammo and a way to show them their property is dirty and just how dirty it is. After that we go into the other services I offer as well as pricing based upon intervals and range of properties I would be covering potentially.
Do you make it a point to build a need for your product? This is something I have been missing alot and is a very important part of acquiring new accounts in my opinion especially the ones with several properties. How do you go about informing them of the potential hazards of soiled concrete and fuel spills on fuel islands?
