Here is a Broomall Roof Cleaning I had the pleasure to clean.

This couple was beside themselves with the cost of roof replacement because they thought these ugly roof stains were here to stay.

Looks like they spent their savings on a new vehicle. Hahaha! Nice job on the Roof Cleaning. I love happy customers! :victory:

I have 3 more to wash because of his words now. I am putting together a flyer with his b and A with his address to post at all the houses with a knock and short intro.

I could give a neighborhood discount?

A discount could go either way, you could tell them to get at least 5 homeowners to agree to have the roof washed and then give them a discount but if the first homeowner finds out, he might get mad, it might be worth it to give him a refund (discount) like what the others are getting to be fair.

Maybe set a deadline like for whoever signs up before the end of the month gets a 10% or 15% discount, after that it is full price.

That is great that word of mouth is working for you.

Thats along the same lines I was thinking. Like a block discount sort of thing. I am going to present him with the MG Krete asphalt repair as well as one other home owner thats interested.

I have a commercial concrete account I clean that I sold the repairs to as well for over 2K. I heard you may be coming on board as well. Thats a good thing to make you some serious dough.
 
I would like to do the concrete repair stuff but the pallet order is too rich for me right now. I talked to a few friends and since their work is slow also, it might be a while before I can do anything.

It does sound like a great product but I can't order a pallet of anything right now until work picks up.

Same here, so what I am doing is buying what I need. I have to pay the retail of $68 per kit, but thats only $8 difference and I am only buying what I need. A little goes a long way, so this is the best scenario for me right now.

Thats probably the best way to go. Just get your name out there to people and let them know what you can do and then order when you have the signed contract. I always get 50% up front, so you can use that to buy so you are not out of pocket.

What I am doing is finding concrete and paving companies that would use a ton of product. You sign them up and you make the commission off of it.

I like that name, Roof Revolution, that sounds good. I was thinking of calling my mix the Roof Crap Cleaner but does not sound as cool as yours. hahahahahahaha
