Here is a look at a project we recently completed. This was 21 Resident buildings, 1 Club house, and 13 Garages. We cleaned the roofs and did a partial cleaning of the exterior, all using the Softwash system. NO Pressure washers were used during this cleaning ensuring the safety and integrity of the shingles.

We completed this project for Sentinal Corp on time, on budget and with zero Safety incidents.

It took 15 working days. 9am-5pm and we used 25 drums of 12.5% 9or what passes for 12.5%. lol)

IMO, on a scale of 1-10 on the difficult scale, these roofs would rank a 8-9. Lots of angles and areas that had to be scaled. A local competitor did a complex similar to this one last year and took him 6 weeks working 6 days a week.
