Rust and Graffiti

Ive got a condo complex to give an estimate for. They want the entire back wall of this building cleaned. It includes removing a few graffiti tags and Id also like to get some rust stains off for them.

Ive read here about taginator and tagaway. This is a painted brick/concrete wall. Taginator will remove the paint? Right? Also on the rust stains should oxalic do the trick?

Taginator and Tagaway will more times that not remove the paint along with the tag, unless the wall was painted with a quality gloss enamel paint. Chances are it was painted with a cheap latex paint, which spray paint (an enamel paint) bonds to latex paint like a primer coat.

The rust stains you're asking about, are they also on the walls ?

Rust on top or bleeding through painted surfaces... two different situations. But same scenario, I'm pretty sure Oxalic will melt the paint also.
