I already decided it wasn't worth my effort. Too many petty people that engage in negativity, all the while accusing others of being dramatic. Personally, I would be thrilled if the board just talked about ideas instead of people.

I agree. Here lately seems there has been a lot of tearing people down instead of building people up. Damn shame really. Good ideas is what I try to build my business with. Would be good if the negativity would lay low for awhile. Permanently would be preferable but I guess there are those who can't resist stirring the pot.
