Round table Meetings!!!!!

Last February we had 6 location that had planed meetings. Four out if the six where a success one two did not happen and one only had a few people.

On the flip Russell in st Louis had 20 some people. Phoenix had nine and Penn had about a dozen? Maybe.

If we want to organize I can help set up meeting and we can use this post as communication for these meetings.

We can recruit on all BBS, all participants from other places are welcome. I’m looking forward to meeting some different folks, I’ll be attending a different meeting this time. I will go to cali this year to meet some folks I have wanted to see for Awhile.

If you have interest you need to post in this thread. We had a lot of fun last February, so please show your interest early.

Maybe this time each host can have a topic open for discussion.

After all we have plenty of things we do talk about everyday, maybe this time we can get more in-depth with what we all know.

Reply here only for now and lets see if we have interests …

Hello Ron,

Not sure how many might want to come out here in the sticks, but I could host, if there was any interest.

Hi Ron,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you but with all we have had going on here recently, I missed this thread. I apologize for that.

Due to family matters and being behind on many things, I don't have the time to host the round table meeting if it is this soon.

Beth

Thank you, Ron. Rod is trying to keep real busy right now. Says it helps him. One more trip to Kansas City , Mo. this week, and we will be back here and getting back into the swing of things.

We'll see you in Pittsburgh. Better scoot. I need to work on the PWNA presentation too.

Beth

Atlanta area?

I read the other (7 pages) post, and did not see Atlanta.

I am in Ohio and know there are few of us here. I also am sure there are a lot more in the area that are not on here. If someone would advise me to how to hold one of these shin-digs, I would host one.

How too Host…..

Hosting should not cost the host any more than anyone else that attends. Time is the entire extra it should cost the host.

Please arrange a great place to meet. Olive garden are great places. The 12 of oct. IS Saturday. Arrange the room between 1:00 AND 5:00PM.

I advise you stay away from nightclubs. To noisy

The format is the host choice. The host doesn’t need to plan a talk but can if he or she wishes. You can keep the meeting casual and just bs. I believe this time I would like to have some structure but the host can decide.

The important thing is meeting. Getting to know your fellow contractors.

Good luck guys.

Hey Ron,

I have been out of the loop for a couple of weeks. I will be glad to host a meeting. I have a fairly good sized meeting room here at my shop. I can comfortable sit about 30 to 40 people.

If those in the Texas area will contact me with any ideas for discussion I will put an agenda together.
