We check in the hotel sometime after 3:OO PM Friday afternoon. Eager to get started. What next? When will an agenda and contact numbers be provided? Sorry if I seem a little impotent. No,No I ment impatient.

Friday evening you are on your own. We will all probably get togrther for dinner somewhere,
Saturday I am thinking we will get started around 10 am then break for luch (catered in) at 12 then resume with the meeting.
Saturday evening we are having a cookout at the same location as the meeting, then probably in an unorganized frenzy most will want to hit the town.
Sunday Morning we will have demos and the vendors will have time to open their stores and answer questions about their products.
That is a short summary but it gets the point accross

There are great conversations at the dinner and late nite events so you might want to re-think that but that is up to you.
Maybe something that can help you with your marketing, sales, equipment, etc.... You never know.

I was going to say that too Chris. The best info shared at a roundtable sometimes comes before and after the event, that is where relationships are really made.

The after or 'before' hours stuff is well worth the trip... had dinner with Kory and Ron before Florida RT last year, they both shared a lot of good information in general conversation. Also, breakfast before Florida RT had a lot of good conversations going.
..."drawing on napkins"...LOL, sometimes the best ideas come in the least expected places!!!

We are flying into Birmingham around 11:30am so we should be at the hotel around 1pm more or less.
It was great last year getting to see the area and going to pick up Ron and Bob, we could do that again.
