Rooftec Tip: Drink Water!


Right now it seems to be excessively hot everywhere!

We're even up in the mid 90's up here in Washington State!

I know that's nothing compared to some areas of the country, but just wanted to put out a quick reminder to stay hydrated!
  1. Drink water BEFORE you feel thirsty.
  2. Drink water in small amounts
  3. Drink water before, during and after working out in the heat.
  4. Drink around 3/4 - 1 quart of water an hour (Never more than 1.5 quarts an hour)
