Here are a couple roofs we cleaned over in Winter Haven, FL.
Winter Haven is east of Brandon, FL where we are based out of.
The one roof was pretty steep, with considerable landscaping.
It was a pretty dirty roof, being on a Lake.

The second one was a treatment only.
We did clean a small area, but did not charge the elderly lady for a full roof cleaning.

The lakes in Winter haven are FULL of Alligators :eek:
We had a good view from the roof.

Nice work Mr. Tucker.
I wish Pinellas had more driveways and walkways that were that big. I could make some serious money cleaning those everyday! :D

Man, that home was beautiful, RIGHT on one of the Winter Haven Chain Of Lakes.
Ever been to Winter Haven Larry ?

When I first moved to Florida I got a job working for an AC company. They used to send me out there all the time. The first few times I got sooooo lost. That was back in the days of the folding map on the steering wheel while you drove! I was not a happy camper. We lived in Largo and I wouldn't get home some nights until 10:00pm cause I didn't know where heck I was. I think I saw the same cow 17 times one night!!! :eek: LOL
 
Chris is that your brother? He looks awesome. That is some hard work and dedication to get that lean. Especially over 40. I just can't eat like that. You have to eat so clean. It takes a very dedicated mind. That is very impressive.

God gave you EXCELLENT Genetics Bro :)
One is a hundred is a total Mesomorph like you.
My brother was muscular when he was 12.
Used to bring chicks home, and every one of them remarked what a nice body he had.
I got CHEATED, LOL

When he started lifting, his Genetics showed up, quick.
But he still worked HARD.

You are correct, diet is 1/2 of it.
He is religious about WHAT he eats.
NO Fat, ever.

Wheaties and water in AM, Baked Potatoe with NO butter, Tuna Fish, LOTS of the BEST Protein Mix, NO Bull.

YOU can look like this someday,if you can FIND time to train, with a partner who will PUSH you.

My brother and his training partner have been known to slap the pizz out of each other for QUITTING before total and absolute failure.

Whhen one says" give me one more rep" the penalty for disobedience is getting your bell rung!
For REAL

THIS is what it takes to compete on his level.

My brother got his size from POWERLIFTING.

No way around it, if ya wanna be big, gotta LIFT big, and eat big, then REST.

Many overtrain, a BIG mistake, you GROW when you sleep.
better to miss a day, and get more rest, then to workout before recovered.

My brothers air conditioning shop is located on Lithia Pinecrest, just south of 60.

Stop in some day, tell him you are a friend of mine!

He knows EVERYONE in Brandon, and could possibly help you in your MTO biz ?

Hey, AC Work is NOT for me.
Maybe sales, but NOT crawling in attics :eek:

But to tell you the truth, my brother thinks I am "stupid" to waste my time in this business.
I COULD make a LOT more selling A/C System for him.
He calls this business "cut throat"
He sees me working my butt off, and he does my taxes, sees what I NET.

Said I will make that much "falling down" when I come to my senses, and help him out with sales.

There is BIG MONEY in A/C, he can make more in a few hours then I do, all week :eek:
 
Man I am a total endomorph. It would be extremely hard for me to get lean. I love to eat too much. I have huge love handles. I actually just work out to feel better all day long. It makes a huge difference. Gets your blood pumping b-4 daylight and keeps you going all day. I am kind of a gym rat. I only miss if I have no way to make it that day.

Actually few are one total body type.
We all have some in us.
Ectomorphs, you know the long, lanky guys have real trouble putting on size.

You can see you like the gym.
