Here is another Tile Roof Cleaning we did this morning in Palm Harbor Florida. This Roof Cleaning job came as a referal from another Roof Cleaning we did last week. Someone had started to clean above the garage and not only did they not know what they were doing but they walked off the job. The lady just happened to mention it to a customer that we took care of and she gave her our number and told her to call a professional. That made me feel real good when she said that. This lady was sooo happy at the way her Roof turned out that she actually gave us a $100.00 tip. Gotta love when a customer is that happy! Here are a few pics of the Roof we Cleaned today. We also did a Soft Wash House Wash for her.

Great job, looks like new. She gave you that tip because she was happy to have a competent company do what the hacks cant.

Good to see you again today, even if you slowed me up and kept me there longer...LOL...Lets do lunch on a day that were not both slammed.

Actually the other company was going to charge this lady almost $200.00 less than what I came in at. Maybe they walked off the job after realizing how much work it was for the price they were charging. She agreed on my price only because I assured her that I WAS going to be able to do it. The fee I charged her originally would have been my normal price. I think she was just over joyed at the fact that I showed up, Knocked it out fast and it came out better than what she expected. :)

Thanks Kasey... Wait till you see the 9000sq ft Tile Roof I'm doing next Wednesday. :eek: I'll post pics... Who needs a house that big anyway? :confused:
