how much did you charge for this roof if you dont mind me asking? was it the whole roof or only the north side
 
Looks great! I like how the before just looks like a few dirty streaks. But, once the whole roof is clean, the after picture shows a bright new roof!(granted, some different sun angles)

That picture was only a portion of the roof. The other sides that we cleaned had the sun behind them so the pics were not good. This particular home was $687.

What a deal on that Roof Cleaning in Kentucky Mike. For under 700.00 they saved the cost of roof replacement with a professional non pressure cleaning.
 
You did make that Kentucky roof look good Mike. I sure made the first appearance look a lot better for trying to sale it!!
 
Had a homeowner call the other day for house washing, gutter cleaning, concrete cleaning and roof washing. His roof was alot more steeper plus it had what looked like a hurricane deposit branches all over it. It was a brown roof with bright green moss on it and as I drove up in front of his lexus and $785K home :boring: He tried to tell me my roof washing of price of $525 was too much and that he was budgeted out for $150 on it. I said sir have you ever washed a house beofre when we replied no. I then asked how did he come to his figure. Did Mr. Rogers and the land of make believe spit that quote out. I then said thanks, but no thanks and left. Good thing I was only a few miles away to have not really lost much time.

Thats why I have learned that giving prices on here is good really only for the customer the work was done for because residential people are so far left or right it does not help, but to give the contractor a headache when the HO seems to have been sucking on a pipe all weekend to come off with the nonsense they do.
