Nice Chris: I've got a few more estimates on sat one barrel tile one shingle wish me luck hahaha!!! By the way I presented that estimate on the house we talked about the other night she seemed receptive but seemed a little high said she would have to discuss with her husband. I also did what you said about the two prices I told here I would reduce by $150.00 said she would consider and get in touch with me. I figured I would give her a week or so then touch base with her and see what she says. Thanks for the help and guidance on that, one day soon I'll have a winner.dh

Like I told you, I always ask the customer what quality of work they want, and how LONG they want it to stay clean ?
You may have in mind a perfect job for the customer, and price accordingly.'
But your competitor may be pricing them a schlock job.
My advice ?
Do QUALITY work, and dont cut quality and corners to get down to a price.

It is really nice.
I stuck it near the sherrifs radar rig purposely.
They SLOW DOWN, LOL
The Cops are busy here in Tampa with drugs/Crime, aint got time to pull signs.'
That is code enforcement, but they dont work weekends
Already had two calls, landed one, one wants to "think about it"
