Roof Cleaning Clearwater Florida!!

This is a Tile Roof Cleaning job that we have been working on this past week. They consisted of 66 two story town homes and 66 detached garages. All were terracotta flat Tiles that had not been Cleaning in approx 8-10 years. The homeowner association contacted us about this project about 3 weeks ago and we finalized it 2 weeks ago. they originally thought it would take approximately 1 month to complete so you can imagine the look I got from the president of the association when I said we would have it done in 4 days 5 tops. We started Cleaning these Roofs on Tuesday July 21st and finished them today at 2 pm July 24Th. Terry Mullens from Expert Pressure Washing stopped by a couple of times to see how we were doing. He didn't bring us any lunch but I still think he's a nice guy. LOL...Here are a few pictures from that Roof Cleaning job. :)

Here are a couple more pictures. This Roof Cleaning job was a tough one to take pictures of because all of the town Homes look pretty much the same.

Thanks Steve. It did go along pretty quick. The first day was a bit of a challenge but we finally got a system down that seemed to work.

Does anyone know why it is sooo hard to load pics on to this board. Some wont up load and them you get doubles...

How many rigs did you have on that job? That is awesome!!
We only had my rig doing all the work. my regular helper has a small set up of his own and has a 250gal tank. We used his 250 as a back up to transfer chems to my tank when I got low. He sprayed all the Roofs and I had a ground guy doing all the watering and bagging downspouts where needed. I manned the chem tanks and kept the mix going out of a 50gal tank. When my 125 got low I just refilled it from his tank.

How many times a day did you have to refill?? Sorry meant to add this to the last post!!
The first day we loaded up 370 gals. the second day we didn't need any. Still had plenty left. 3rd day we loaded up another 200 in my helpers tank and this morning I got another 80 gals in my 125 tank. I let my helper take 75gals home. (bonus)LOL...and I still have about 60 gals of fresh SH still left. So, 650gals of fresh 12.5% did the whole job with leftovers.

Good job larry what kinda square footage where the roofs. thats alot of roofs to get done in one week.

Thanks Greg...Each Town House averaged 1400sq ft top and bottom combined so we were only cleaning aprox 700sq ft of each unit. The garages I had figured to be about 125sq ft. They are REAL small. You should see people trying to get their cars in and out of them. One lady even smacked her mirror trying to back out of one. We also Cleaned the Tile Roof at the small Club House where the pool is...If you want to call it a Club House.

Nice job Mr Larry. Did you rinse those roofs?

Good lick there Larry!Looks like steak and lobster tonight!
No Lobster & Steak...No check yet! ;) I told the wife when the check comes I'll treat her to Jack in the Box. :D Hahahaha! the thing is,,,we don't have any here.

Nice job Mr Larry. Did you rinse those roofs?
If Mr. Larry had rinsed the Roofs, Mr. Larry would still have 3 more weeks before he finished. :D

Great job as usual Larry!

Glad you got them done.

I am sure that they will give you more work.

Thank You Chris! I'm glad we got them done too. I don't think my body nor my helpers bodies could have lasted much longer doing those in this heat. My feet are finally starting to stop throbbing. Hahaha!
