Roger try direct mailers instead of Flyer on teh commercial stuff.. sorry i got on the phone and could not get back soon enough...

No problem Ron, I was just about to leave to pick up my son from school when you IMed me.
I'll have to try direct mailers. For commercial I have been doing cold calls(in person) and talking to the manager(or owner when possible) and leaving a flyer and business card. With the rising cost of gas I could probablly buy a lot of stamps for what I am spending on gas.
Might have to try direct mailers for residential as well instead of putting out door hangers. I know my feet would enjoy the break.
