Overall serviceability of the machine is second to none.
Stainless steel dual half shell burner assembly is extremely easy to service and replace.
Highly durable Polyester Wrinkle powder coat is chip resistant and has better adhesion qualities than epoxy based paint, also it is applied after the machining process is complete.
Heavy-duty through-hole bolts vs. sheet metal screws are used in all areas.
Belt Guard is used to increase the safety of the machine.
Fuel tanks are made of commercial marine grade Cross Linked Polyethylene with UV stabilizer.
Fuel Tanks are easily accessible with fill necks in the same location and feature molded fittings.
Polyethylene fuel tanks reduce condensation and will not form rust deposits.
Float tank features a Dual Float design, which can be serviced or replaced in seconds. Garden hose water hook up.
Engine: 16 HP Electric Start Vanguard Briggs & Stratton Engine with a separate 10 gallon gasoline fuel tank. Over head valve engine with industrial/commerical rating. Low oil shutoff and hour meter for maintenance scheduling. This is Briggs and Stratton's top of the line engine. Premium exhaust system with a larger muffler to reduce noise.
Battery is enclosed in a marine grade case, and uses molded heavy gauge terminals.

High Pressure Pump: General TS2021 rated at 5.6 GPM at 3,500 PSI, and is a tri-plex ceramic plunger oil-bath pump. Belt driven for extended life. Belt drives deliver a smoother power transfer than do gear drives. Top of the line pressue washers are belt driven which are more expensive to manufacture. On the RK-31 this pump is set to deliver 5 GPM at 3,000 PSI which means it is only running at 77% of pump capacity for extended pump life!
