Removing oil with cold water

I have recently gotten with a company that gets me oil spots fairly regularly. All I have right now is a cold water 4000 psi machine, I'll get hot whenever I can afford it. We use the RPC 911 which works pretty well. Is there anything that would help to boost this stuff/ get the oil that has seeped in?

I am not familure with rpc 911 but I know some chems can be mixed and they heat up to like 180 deg. call the makers of rpc 911 and see if they have anything

ammonium nitrate and what else?????just kidding, i would like to hear more about that 180 degree mix of stuff i bet you need arespirator and som chemical resistant suits for that

The stuff I use is from New Again if you mix there super degreaser and there drive thru cleaner it heats up melting the grease the you gust spray off. Kind of like Caustic Soda in water.
